Hi there, 

So when I open editor the bottom bar shows with all the tools there but the top one doesn't. Help would be much appreciated.

Ah okay, do you have an estimate of when it will be released? Looking great so far, can't wait to play it.

Also, are you guys going to implant a system similar to the NYC mod where you can change the speed of the vehicles, change clothes, etc. I think that would go along really cool, even a more advanced paramedic system.

Is there an official download link yet or is is still in development? Hasn't this been in development since 2012? (not trying to be rude or anything btw.)
