You haven't changed or added anything to the Data folder?

It's also possible that (some) .xml files of your mod are corrupt.

Just like scripts, files like that need to perfect.

Example:

When you write a part of a script you start with a '{', you need to close it with a '}'.

When you forget the '}', the file is corrupt and can't be readed.

btw. Internet Explorer can open and read .xml files, when there is a corrupt file, IE will show where the error comes from. That way, you can check .xml files for errors quickly. Internet Explorer isn't that bad. :D
