Have some skills you can offer in making a mod.3. Sell the idea of your mod to others and gain a fan base.4. Join or offer help to other Mod teams and they might reward you in helping with your mod.5. Don't plead for help like your in a rush. Take things slowly and you might find someone.6. I would think you should start small then move to big on a later Mod. Some Modders might get scare to help if there too many units to model for the mod.
