Hi, i solved this thing when the movies (Intro and dispatcher) opens in separate windows.

  1. Go to the control panel
  2. Go to screen
  3. Go to configuration
  4. Go to advanced
  5. Go to troubleshoot
  6. Deactivate all direct draw and direct 3d accelerations
  7. Start the game
