Pere 250 Posted March 21, 2015 Report Share Posted March 21, 2015 Im not 100% on knowing what I did, besides installing some mods (NYC 1.01, LA 2.1, HC 4.5.2, and the supervisor mod) and changing my em4 configuration file (camera and resolution).It seems to work fine, I have no 'supervisor' and most base game scrips have failed (the ticker will say something like ID_supervisor_xx).Most of the menu buttons have 'ID_xxx_xxx' or similar about 50% of the time.Just wondering if I can salvage this without having to re-download everything. cops Posted March 21, 2015 Report Share Posted March 21, 2015 the ID part is about the language, it might be that you got a German version (I doubt it if its 911 first responder) but it might be that it doesn't recognize the languageis this with the default version or when you loaded a mod? rettungstier Posted March 22, 2015 Report Share Posted March 22, 2015 cops is right! the language is messed up!i don't know what the parameters are called but it's somet like this check the base folder "lang" and which language is represented there with an extra folder (for german it's GER or DE i think).then open the main config file where you edit the camera specs too, search the document for "lang" i.e. and change the value to the name of the folder you looked up before.example:lang "EN" -> change to -> lang "DE" hope that helped Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
