1) Has an *ss description and ain't complete...I go for that one if I knew the ram but wow it's not even noted on there

2) For the same price you've got a quad from AMD

3) Athlon II x4 is not as good as a henom II x4 -> I'd go for a Phenom instead of an Athlon

4)Doesn't even have an external graphics card... not recommended at all

To0 be honest on all 4 systems the card is quite...booo...Remember GTA 4 needs a lot. IF you have a bit of time I'll search you something out that lays around the same price :)

Also, apparently GTA-4 sucks on ATI cards, no matter how powerful (someone had two 6970s in CrossFire and still suffered from poor graphical performance). Haven't tested this myself, but thought I'd warn you.

Build you're own - you can save quite a few bucks doing this.

Agreed. Manufacturers of prebuilt computers cost more because they need to pay for other things, such as staff, servers (for their websites), taxes, bills, etc..

I built my computer myself and it runs that games very good

This are my specs:

Motherboard: Asus Maximus III Formula

Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 (1GB)

Processor: Intel i5

RAM memory: I had 2gb and that games worked fine(Now I have 4gb but with 2gb it will work fine)

You also need a power source of 700W or 800W + a DVD reader + a hard disk

And obviesly a computer case(I recommend you a big one, not huge but big).

where did you build it from

and will it run gta 4 without lag

What do you mean with where did I built it from? I built it myself

GTA IV works very good but now my GTA IV crashes sometimes because I installed mods on it(It doesn't have lag even when you record with fraps on 30fps).

I can say this ain't true no more:) I have a Sapphire HD6890 Vapor X and am happy with my graphics. But oh well if for example you've got a piracy version and are not using patch 7 you are f* indeed ;)
