But now i'm putting all on Utica Mod, so 1.2 will delay a little bit.I am still searching for a lighter. If somebody is interested PM me or post here. ChadeBartsch Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 The only other thing I'm concerned with is: The model, the green stripe is a bit too... neon... if you were to put a darker, more olive-drab coloured stripe on, it'd be MUCH better.I think his color is pretty good as the newer BP stuff has a brighter green as you can see from my pic.... askjeeves Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 That would be a pretty cool truck, capable of carrying 4 agents and possibly 4 prisoners? Kind of halfway between a standard patrol car and the LASD Prisoner Transporter. Although from the pictures I've seen, the truck has a lightbar, similar to the Border Patrol Tahoe in the additional units submod. The lightbar is mounted on the top of the box at the front. I mean LA is not on the border so I doubt its real common seeing border patrol in LA. At that point it would likley be an issue for ICE(Immigration).what about these units for the submod for LAFDBrush patrol is already in the game, a model EXACTLY like that minus the light bar.Pretty sure we have the exact same helio in game.Engine - This is a KME Engine. As it stands there are only 2 in service that I know of, so it may be a bit soon for that.USAR- Is basically in the mod already as a Hazmat. The only difference beteen the Hazmat and USAR version of this truck is the USAR has a dual rear axle. I imagine this is because it needs to carry much heavier equipment then the hazmat truck.I have included the USAR version like pictured here in my upcoming submod, but Ale is welcome to do his own reskin and include it. askjeeves Posted January 8, 2011 Report Share Posted January 8, 2011 The problem with trying to add ICE into the game (in my opinion) is that they have no marked vehicles that I have ever been able to find. They seem to drive predominantly unmarked vehicles, which would have them appearing in game like the ATF or the FBI, just riding around in unmarked cars, either in jackets saying ICE, or in tactical gear. If you really want something from the ICE family, that would be seen around LA, how about the Federal Protective Service?
