Emergency 4 wouldn't launch, uninstalled and now can't install again

power star posted a topic in Technical Related Support

So I have had this game for about 2 years now and yesterday it wouldn't load so I decided to try reinstall it, when the download bar is full it stops and says download paused, when I press resume it says finalizing then says download paused again.
