The red lights are for ever :| cars are getting stuck and the whole city is stuck due to red lights taking too long and the traffic is omg going too hard and this is ruining my gameplay, any mods to change the traffic or something.. for LA mod..

After I use the fire/ambulances I can't send them back to the place I have to send them to HQ = they leave the map so I have to call them via the panel instead of selecting them.. also my game crashed when I tried to send a engine back to station.. :c

Any submods or something to get tazer or pepper spray or rubber bullets for police? So I don't have to shot at riots?

I want a mod that spawn for you cars for every department, example the actual mods (LA, Londond, etc) will give you just a fire station with cars and people but other police or medics cars are just empty and idk how to bring people in them so I have to call them not like fir I can just send it somewhere, so I want a mod that has police and medics already spawned too, is that posible?
