The other option that I choose is to only get the doctor out of the vehicle and wait until the patient is ready to transport before getting the paramedics out and at that time get the doctor back in, that's what I did with the air ambulance before this mod for the same reason as you have automation turned off. Once the doctor is there the patient wont die therefor you don't fail that challenge even if you are away elsewhere for a while.

I had this problem after installing the "Project Reality Lights" MOD, once I re installed the "better ambulance" MOD it worked fine again.

Sorted it. The problem was with the program I used to unpack it, it put all the files into one folder instead of following the original paths. Only problem now is the police car. It lights up the whole area with pulsing white light and makes it really hard to see whats going on, I noticed this mentioned before and must be a bug

I'm very confused. The instructions say to Drag the prefab folder from the .rar into the following dictionary, and click yes to all files -- Emergency 5\data\em5\content. When I unpack the rar file I don't have a prefab folder it just creates a folder called Project Reality Light and in that folder are 3,533 files including the audio files and I have no idea where to put them all. Please help
