What are you doing when it crashes?

Hello, I apologize if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find the answer in the pdf of known issues, nor on the forums. I'm having an issue trying to reset fire alarms. The alarm boxes have been turned 90 degrees and are "inside" the buildings, so I can't click on them to reset them. Did I do something wrong installing it possibly? I tried reinstalling twice and get the same problem occurring.

I cannot for the life of me get this to work at all. Modinstaller does not work, when I try going through the main menu and select Helping Peter the game acts as if it is loading it, but then I only get the vanilla campaign. What am I missing here?

How do you call a tow truck? I see the commands in the provided manual, but there's no button on the radio. I see the ones to call police, ems, and fire. Where am I looking for this?

Any chance of getting a zip file with all of the files in it so I can extract it without having to use the nonfunctional mod installation file? I have the US version of the game, and have never been able to get the modinstaller to work, on multiple computers, on multiple operating systems.

I've noticed on freeplay (more so with mods) I'm getting an awfully large amount of major fires in the lower right hand corner of my map...where I cannot see, nor move my camera. Is there a work around for this? It seems asinine to even model that area of the map and then restrict the camera from going there.

Does the fix on page one work with the "Wizard Works" 911: First Responders version? I do NOT have, nor can I find, the sixteen tons entertainment version...and at this point I'm not shelling out more cash for another (a 3rd) copy of the game...

Hello, I'm fairly new to modding for this game. The only mod I've ever played (read: The only mod that has ever worked for me) has been the L.A. mod. I would normally be content to just play that mod, but now I am starting to get bored. I tried to install this mod, but nothing loads when I select the mod in game. I have 911: First Responders. Any idea why it will not load for me? The mod installer does NOT work with 911: First Responders....at all....

I am attempting to play the Rockport mod. I have encountered this issue in other mods as well (and the New York City mod just flat will not work). I have installed the mod as instructed, but when I go to load a free play game, the mod loads fine as does the level, but I have zero control over units. I can select them, but cannot give an orders. It's as if I am a spectator in the game. I have the American version of the game (911- First Responders) and the LA mod works flawlessly. Any got any ideas? I looked around but cannot find a solution, or even a mentioning of the same issue.
