i fixed the problem it was just one of the files under units was missing

Hey guys So i just downloaded Manhattan mod V3.2 standard def i launched like normal got the 'loading time square..." option when i got in game the bars were you can order units like ambulances and technical trucks from was grayed out as hopefuly the photo attached will show.
