hey, i haven't been on this in a while only now saw you'r reply anyway i tried that one with the la mod folder and change the number,but i cant save it ?? it says access denied,please help

hey, i would like some help every time i download a mod and go into the mod installer it says "this is an invalid modifacation package" and that means i can,t installl the mods i want, this only seems to happen to submods and small mods. i have alredy downloaded a few mods like the LA mod and NY and a unit submod for LA but i'd like some more mod's but i can't, if anyone could help me id be grateful

you cant exactly add any more cars to the limo and two special service cars but you can get a chopper to follow the cars ( but there is no point) you could watch this video if your having trouble hope this helps
