  1. I have been trying (for the last hour and a half) to try to get this file to upload and it WON'T work! Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different computers... nothing will upload to this site!!! Upload times out after only 30 seconds! Help?!
  2. Well I have a present for all of you Harbor City Fans. Should be available on Monday or shortly there after. So keep your eyes open, hopefully it will make everyone something to look forward to on a Monday for a change
  3. No I am trying to pick away at it slowly, it turned into a bit more of a time consuming process than I intended. I also have no motivation to make a new PD skin so that likely won't be happening lol. For those of you who play HC. What do you think of the call volume? Too many calls, too few, too many fire, medical, or police? or just right? I would appreciate any feedback so I can make sure you guys are getting the calls you enjoy!
  4. EMT-Paramedic or ACP (advanced care paramedic) started August 20, 2013 and runs til roughly October depending on when you finish your clinical time. So rougly 1.25 years. We have to do 35 intubations, start like 100 IVs, deliver 5 babies, so it also depends on how lucky you are in getting certain calls. I will be getting the summer off so I should have some more time to work on the mod then
  5. Just started my 3rd of 4 semesters for paramedic school. So I won't be doing very much modeling until June. Haven't decided if the mod will be released for EM4 or EM5 yet. I'll decide what game the mod is coming out for, and when it will be released when I get more vehicle models done, when the (possible) release of EM5 gets closer, and when I am done with medic school
  6. Haha, that may be a while. I have part of a cab "done" it still looks ridiculous, the box looks even worse, and I have no idea what I am doing for a paint scheme yet

  9. I tried to in the last release but they did NOT like parking for some reason. Also with multiplayer there are often duplicates of both vehicles on the map

  12. No problem. I wish I had more time to dedicate to Harbor City, but between medic school and Blackrock Cliffs time is pretty short
  13. There will not be any new police units, there will however be several new skins
  14. I was waiting on Rumble to upload the mod into my office, while I was in school he was modding HC for Squad 55. Due his work, computer and internet issues his uploading it was delayed. I have to edit some deployment icons, fix some skins, a few command issues, and what ever else I find. I'd give you a ETA but the last one was wrong, so I'll simply say that my classes start again on March 17, and I will have the newest version of the mod uploaded before then.
  15. Well I have finished the second fire unit for the mod. Obviously it is the same base model as the patrol truck I created. I named it Squad 4 for now, not sure what I am going to call it or what number it will have. Also the wheels weren't showing up in Zmodler2 so I just left them off... You can see the wheels in on the patrol truck! Enjoy!

  18. Finished the UV mapping and the skin for the patrol truck Now I'll just have to update the patrol car to match with the new patrol theme! Enjoy!

  20. Really? I didn't think so. When I looked through some units they have normally around 3000 polys. The new seagrave unit in harbor city has 11,000 polys and it runs just fine.
  21. Well for now I am just going to make a bunch of models. The mod will be coming out for either emergency 4 or 5. And possibly both...
  22. Well the other day when I read the news about emergency 5 hopefully coming out this year it got me excited. So excited that I wanted to make a new model. So I started working on a new truck model, and 3 days later it's now done.... well aside from the UV mapping and skin, but I can get that done another day. The truck is going to be a slick top patrol truck. And I may end up using the cab section on a light equipment type vehicle As far as the mod goes... My original plan was to make this mod for emergency 5. Just start making models so when EM5 was released, I would have a bunch of brand new units to put in my mod. After not hearing about the game for basically a year I started working on the map and lights which, who knows if they will transfer over or not... So, now I'm back to my original plan of making new models for emergency 5. I'll decide at a later date if this mod will actually be released for EM4 or not and of course, keep you posted when I decide. Hope you enjoy what you've seen so far!
